Training & Operational Support

i2 develops training based on the customer’s System Approach to Training. We incorporate Operational Baselines which include tactical and technical tasks in an integrated outline. The Warfighter is involved throughout the development process.

i2 has Tactical Control Officer experience with THAAD, GMD, Patriot and Aegis. Our course material has received service accreditation.

Our training is recognized in the Warfighter community as world class:

• Solid ISD Practices: In depth tasks, validated examinations, solid training administration, malleable, reactive course content based on warfighter and student AAR recommendations
• The i2 Training Database facilitates the SAT process, saves up to 30% of the manpower traditionally associated with training

Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Training: Using existing and developing doctrine, training programs, lessons learned, and staff missile defense expertise, i2 created a comprehensive database of every task required to operate THAAD. From this database, we developed a wide range of training courses targeted at every level, from general officers at the combatant commands to the Soldiers who will operate this complex missile system.

Operational Support for Joint Forces Component Command - Integrated Missile Defense: i2 provides ongoing analytical support and capabilities analysis for JFFC - IMD requirements. Services include exercise support, requirements and capabilities documentation, doctrine development, and systems integration.
