Job Title: Training Analyst / Developer Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Summary
Provide technical and applied training expertise utilizing a Systematic Approach to Training. The Training Analyst must be able to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate the training for state-of-the art subject matter. The training materials developed will be used in the classroom and also be utilized in a field environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors or Associates degree from a college or university or post high school specialized education from a recognized technical school or military education
Must comprehend the Instructional System Design (ISD) process
Must provide proven record of course creation and training in a corporate or government environment, with substantial experience in writing and presentation
Masterful written and oral communication skills are a must
Must be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
Must be able to travel and set up training equipment in a field environment
Must have the ability to work well in a stressful environment
Must have the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
Must have excellent work ethic and attention to detail skills
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Professional Certifications
Instructor certification desired
Security Clearance
Current SECRET clearance is a plus; ability to obtain an Interim SECRET clearance is a must
